Yes, it is that time of the month again. We have a look at the photo of the month and the upcoming posts. So let’s get started right away.
Photo of the month June 2021
For June 2021, I selected a panorama cut taken in Bulgaria in June 2018. You can find the blog post describing that day of my first Bulgarian adventure here too.
This is the sunset, as I saw it, from Beklemento Pass at the almost forgotten Freedom Arc.
The original photo is an HDR created out of five exposures, which I then decided to cut into a panorama format.
I believe the photo fits the current situation pretty well – a sort of silver lining on the horizon. Soon the pandemic will hopefully be under control, and we will all return to somewhat more normal lifestyles again. At least I hope that it will be so. I miss the easiness of going somewhere that we had before. But hey, looking at the situation in other countries and looking at how badly other families have been affected by the virus, I have no reason to complain.
And this is possibly the second, or at best third, time that I have mentioned the pandemic on this blog. I certainly hope it will be the last time that I feel I need to mention it.
Website News for June 2021
I haven’t been able to work much on my website this past month. However, I managed to create another new gallery with photos from my various Forestwalks in Germany. So have a look and let me know what you think in the comments.
As for glitches, I managed to update all the pages that somehow would link to the new galleries. That means the Forestwalks gallery as well as last month’s Farmer’s Swamp Tiste gallery. So you should now be able to reach it both from the blog links and all master pages.
